1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Substance Nutrition and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Substance Nutrition, a division of nutritionOS, LLC. (“Sponsor”).
3. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete the entry form on the sweepstakes page during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins on3/10/25 and ends on3/28/25. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will receive one (1) bag of SYNTHESIS.The approximate retail value of the prize is$55. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will be conducted on3/29/25. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 1 day following the random drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. Privacy

10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
12. Disputes
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Kentucky, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Kentucky having jurisdiction.
